Maybe you’ve heard rumors about Grover Norquist- that he thinks government should be drowned in bath tub, or that his goal is to reduce the size of government by half in his lifetime.  Maybe you’re a candidate who has encountered him when it comes to signing the all-important Taxpayer Protection Pledge.  If you are a legislator, you may have even incurred his wrath a few times when you voted for tax hikes and increased state government spending.
