If you don’t know Grover, you are missing out. He is the father of the Taxpayer Protection Pledge and a Board Member of the National Rifle Association. This is an unabashed fiscal conservative who is extremely influential in Washington and makes the knees of bureaucrats shake all across the country.

He also has a top-notch sense of humor. Some of his more famous goals include “drowning government in a bathtub” and “making government really teeny.”
